Built by someone who has done the scrambling
I owned and operated two childcare centres, and no matter how organised I thought I was, an ERO visit still meant weeks of scrambling.
Policies in one folder. Incidents in a paper book. Staff records in a spreadsheet. Pulling it all together took time none of us had, and the worry sat there in the background the rest of the year.
What I wanted was something that kept my centres on track every day, so a visit was just another day. Nothing did that, so I built it.
